The Research Institute on Leadership and Operations in Humanitarian Aid (RILOHA) was founded in 2016 with the objective to better understand the organizational dynamics that take place within humanitarian aid organization, such as leadership, teamwork, and communication within field offices, national offices, or headquarters, in order to make humanitarian  aid more effective.
